Believers in Hell?

It's true. There will be believers in hell. No. Really. I'm serious.

In fact, there will only be believers in hell. Once one is in hell, they no longer have any doubt about whether or not God is real. They know. They know God is real. They know heaven is real. And they know all too well, that hell is real.

The bible says that, "Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord." Whether you do so before or after death, is up to you. But you will bow and you will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

How do you do so before death? You need to simply accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. You need to acknowledge that Jesus is the son of God and that He died for your sins. Most (even unbelievers) are very familiar with John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son to die for us so that we may have eternal life."

You don't have to come to Him in perfection. You don't have to fix yourself first. You don't have to be a "good" person before He'll take you. He wants you now; just as you are. Come to Him, and He'll do the rest.

He doesn't even expect you to be perfect after you come to Him. The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." It doesn't say that all have sinned and fallen short but they are perfect after they are saved. No. It says that ALL have sinned.

We all are sinners. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US! Shhh. Don't tell. I have a secret for you. It's something you don't hear often in incredibly righteous crowds. Even Christians sin. Really. They do. Sometimes they do something "really big". Sometimes it's just yelling at their kids, or engorging on food regularly (read eating too much), sometimes it's giving their word and not following through. Still. They have sinned.

Careful, though, you'll find some Christians that will tell you that only the "big" sins matter. Well. They won't actually say that, but they'll think it. They'll think that they can tell that "little white lie" or gossip about their friends or neighbors just so they'll "have prayer" as long as they don't do something "big". Because, after all, God sees those as the "bad" sins. The other ones are really little. How wrong they are! Sin. Is sin. Is sin. In God's eyes, if you sin, you sin. Period. He doesn't differentiate between this sin and that sin. A sinner is a sinner is a sinner. And Jesus died for them all.

Where are you? God is waiting. You're not perfect, but neither am I. So come. Please. If you want to talk, just shoot me an e-mail. It will be kept confidential.

If you want to yell at me, tell me how wrong I am, go ahead. I can handle it. I promise. There's not much you can say to hurt me. I know that you will eventually believe. I just pray you'll believe before it's too late to change your mind.
